Once deposited please email us a screen shot or photo of the receipt po! Also kindly state the name of the student and their grade level at inquiry@stfranciscainta.com
And the third step is then to submit the following requirements:
Requirements for Enrolment
1. Birth Certificate (bring original and photocopy if onsite. We need a clear scan or photo if online but we still need to see the original copy to verify)
2. Form 138 and Report Card of previous school and last year level completed.
3. Clear half-body photo of the student. (We suggest to shoot the photo in a bright location like outdoors but we still need to see the original copy to verify)
4. As a consideration due to the current pandemic, there will be no ASSESSMENT EXAMS
